Kindness and Care

I attended a meeting last night where the speaker was asked, "What is the one word that could improve business?"  She answered, "Passion."  I could see her point, but when the gentleman asked that question, I wrote down "CARE."

CARE about:  the people who work with them; care about their customers, clients, patients; the work environment; their communty; their families and those of their employees.

When you truly care about all of those things, you show your passion for the business, for life, for your co-workers (employees).  It ripples out just like a stone thrown into a still lake, it creates ripples that flow for a long time.

So I suggest to you, show more CARE and Kindness to everyone around you.  Can you imagine that if everyone did that what a difference in our communities, businesses, and families.

Tell someone today that you CARE about them, be kind to everyone - a smile could make the whole day for someone!
